Kalahari has added a big addition between the Desert Star Cinema and Damon's Grill/the outdoor waterpark. Here is a complete list of all of the new attractions in the park. -Bowling Lanes ![]() -Madagascar Mini Golf -Merry-Go-Round -Laser Tag ![]() -Ropes Course ![]() -Air Show -Ferris Wheel ![]() -Golf Simulators -Go Karts ![]() -Kenya's Jungle -Climbing Walls ![]() -Kiddie Swing -Arcade Games (including SKEEBALL!!!) -Party Rooms -Worlds Away Lounge -Camp Kalahari -Food Court I'm really surprised by how much they were able to put into this indoor theme park. The only thing missing is a coaster It looks like the Kalahari is also going "Wilderness" style with more non-water attractions for people to spend money on.

Like Justin said enough with the Go-Karts! They should get a coaster, but if they do it would probably be a Wisdom coaster or Wacky Worm. If you don't know Wisdom make kiddie coasters, they're seen at a lot of fairs under the name Orient Express with dragon cars. I know Riverview used to have, not sure if they still do though. |

^Riverview removed their wacky worm and Orient Express last year. I wouldn't be surprised if the Kalahari got one. The reason why the Dells love go-karts is simple, they make money. If people are going to Mt. Olympus to ride go karts, why wouldn't they ride them where they're staying? The Wilderness has expanded with lots of these side attractions so that more people will spend more money on the resort property. |

It's like going to Philly to have a Philly Cheese Steak. Same reason why they come to ride go-karts, for those who love thrills and a good rumble. Plus, the Dells has some decent ones unlike some places, though some places at the Dells are kind of slow. I got a chance to go to the theme park last year and the ferris wheel was cool as well as the rope course and arcade. The lazer tag was kind of cheap looking and the go-karts were slow and kept stopping for safety issues. They may be fixed now and every 5 minutes they completely stopped the karts or at least slowed them greatly and then start them up again. Edited by ttd rox, Jun 26 2010, 11:02 AM.
